As a newborn photographer and mom myself, I know how quickly the newborn phase is. In just a few short weeks, you’re grabbing the next diaper size up & they’re out of the newborn clothes. The saying ‘time is a thief’ is so accurate. I’m constantly finding myself in awe of just how fast my own little ones grow before my eyes! This is exactly why portraits are such a treasure. Documenting the little moments at the beginning of your next chapter of life give you the best reminders of these beautiful, but exhausting days.

When should you book your newborn portraits?

It’s best to book your newborn portraits a few months before baby is due so it’s one less thing to worry about during those first few days as you get to know one another. I will walk you through every step of the process, from location & what to wear, to who to contact for hair and makeup, to how to showcase your very favorite images from your gallery. Having a baby is a momentous time in your life. Before you know it, that tiny human will be walking and talking! The images we create together during your newborn photo shoot are part of your family’s story, and I want to help you preserve & showcase those memories.
